In the last 20 years, Doug has held several senior roles at Liverpool Business School (JMU), including Director of the School of Business Information and Chair of Faculty Quality. Doug’s primary focus is ‘human activity systems’ and how organisational structures, processes, and people combine in an holistic way to produce viable products and services.
