Robin Hills

Robin is based in the UK in the Greater Manchester area.  He has over 25 years’ successful commercial and management experience working with a wide variety of companies from small start-ups to large multinationals.  A qualified Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Thomas DISC practitioner, he is uniquely able to apply personality assessment with pragmatic business application.

He has an extensive background in people management and leadership working with a broad range of job functions in a wide variety of diverse companies and has achievements in building performance in customer-focussed businesses operating in competitive and demanding markets.

Robin combines a number of years' sales and marketing background with recruitment from entry level through to board level appointments.  This includes executive search, advertising and search and selection.  Uniquely, his experience has incorporated coaching and managing performance within these roles.  He is now using his understanding and skills across different industries to train and coach good business practice tailored to the needs of small and medium sized businesses.
